The attention to detail and quality of service was really good. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast selection was delicious.

Convenient central location with stunning views and excellent staff. Ideal for exploring nearby attractions and high-end stores. Quiet rooms with good but expensive breakfast options. Professional and well-maintained, though not as modern as other competitors. Marvelous Art Deco patio bar and a special roof terrace. 👍

The location of the hotel (assuming the guest is good on foot!) and the view are unique. The hotel has style, but is rather old.

restaurant imàgo, located on the 6th floor of the house, has without doubt a glorious past. however, in international comparison and in view of the nevertheless high price level there is clearly room for improvement. for example, we were brought a different dish as the main course when we effectively ordered (which we refused) with the argument of a misunderstanding0s. however, it was obvious that this dish was probably not very popular and was therefore "a stock item". moreover, they simply wanted to serve us champagne in the middle of the meal without any reason, although we were absolutely satisfied with the white wine we had ordered. we would not visit the restaurant a second time.

We just had an incredible stay at this luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with the utmost care and attention. the spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with a variety of exclusive amenities such as massage and beauty treatments, and the spa lounge was an added bonus.

the only minor issue we encountered was with the sauna, which did not function properly during our visit.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in central Rome that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. The main restaurant offered a fabulous view over the city, making our dining experience truly memorable. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The facilities were top-notch, including a rooftop bar with stunning views.

One minor downside was that we had to discover on our own that there were lifts available to bring us back up from the subway station. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided to us earlier.

staff was very helpful, attentive and competent. situation could not be better.

i think the price-performance ratio is no longer appropriate. with the prices everything in the room has to fit, shower set was so loud, you switched from head to hand shower, thing sounded like a demolition hammer. hairdryer was not a 5-star standard, it had such a weak performance that it took 30 minutes to dry your hair. where else, if not in rome, does a woman want to be beautiful? fitness room was somewhere between two suites and one was not allowed to go in before 8 o'clock or if one wanted to go in at all costs, one was not allowed to use the treadmill, because otherwise it would be too loud for the suite next to the fitness room. nevertheless, overall impression is positive.

I was actually surprised by the excellent view from the seventh floor terrace at Hassler Roma. Watching the sunset while sipping on a delicious champagne cocktail was an lovely experience. The marble design throughout the hotel is exquisite, and the attentive staff made me feel like a VIP. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations and the renovated room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

I was kinda surprised by the level of service at Hassler. When I left my bag at a restaurant, they took the initiative to call and follow up for me, without me even having to ask. The staff were really nice too ensure I got my belongings back safely. I highly recommend this hotel.

the lavish room had exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness center had a sauna, Jacuzzi, massage, and beauty treatment. the sun terrace at the Spa center was a perfect escape. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was with the facial treatment room, which was a bit small. it did not impact the exceptional service and luxurious experience at this hotel.

One drawback to note is that the bathroom in some rooms may be small and not fully renovated, which can be disappointing given the otherwise luxurious accommodations.
